Delete your FlexDays account

Last updated: November 1, 2026

  • Your own account is deleted right away from the FlexDays app or web portal. Your personal details are removed, and this can't be undone.
  • Your company keeps your work records, such as leave and timesheets, under "Former employee".
  • A whole company can be deleted by an Admin. Everyone is signed out at once, and all its data is permanently deleted after 30 days.

This page applies to FlexDays, the HR app for leave, timesheets and time tracking on iOS, Android and the web, built by beanvoid.

Delete your own account

In the FlexDays app:

  1. Sign in and open the Settings tab.
  2. Under Account & help, choose Delete account.
  3. Enter your password, choose Delete my account, and confirm.

In the web portal:

  1. Sign in and open your Profile.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Enter your password, choose Delete my account, and confirm.

If you are the company's only Admin, you can't delete just your own account, because nobody would be left to manage the company. Make someone else an Admin first, or delete the whole company.

What is deleted

As soon as you confirm, you are signed out on every device and these are removed:

Your old details are also removed from your account's change history. You can't sign in again or be reactivated. Your company can invite the same email address later, but that creates a new account.

What your company keeps

Your employer runs FlexDays for its own HR records, so these stay with your company under the name "Former employee":

They are kept for as long as your company uses FlexDays, or until your company has them deleted. To ask about those records, contact your employer's HR team. See the privacy policy for how we handle employee data.

Delete a whole company

Only an Admin can do this. In the app, open Company Profile in Settings. In the web portal, go to Settings → Company. Then choose Delete company, type the company name, enter your password, and confirm.

Our online reseller Paddle is the Merchant of Record for payments and keeps its own invoice and tax records as the law requires.

If you can't sign in

If you forgot your password, reset it from the sign-in screen, then follow the steps above. If that doesn't work, email support@beanvoid.com from the address on your account and tell us your company's name. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we respond within 30 days.

Backups

Deleted data can remain in our backups until they expire, up to 30 days after it is deleted. Backups are only used to recover from a failure, and they are then deleted automatically.
